Our sampling centre is located in the lovely town of Burkardroth. We invite and cover all the costs for flight + transfer + accommodation to all signed-up customers to our showroom & sampling centre in Bavaria-Southern Germany.

There they can choose their design finishes & fittings for the entire house. Our showroom and sampling centre displayes a huges variety of finishes & fittings reaching from roof coverings (roof tiles and slates), rain gutter materials and styles, kitchens, sanitary ware, internal doors, fornt doors, window designs, door/window handels, floor and wall coverings (carpets, parquets, laminates, tiles, wooden flooring etc.), house accessories etc. to the technical aspects and choices of different heating systems on display.

Specialists are guiding and helping in finalising your house design and technical house aspects throughout the planning procedures. A english speaking and assigned German Homes contact person will guide and advise you throughout the entire planning and construction process - in Ireland as well as for the time in Germany. Furnitures etc. can be chosen from reputable furniture studios close by as well. Hereby we can offer our customers a truly turn-key-finish home including furnitures (beds, tables, chairs, wardrobes, etc.) and home ware products/accessories (rugs, cuttlery, mirrows, decor items like vases etc.).
