GERMAN HOMES LTD is building successfully turn-key houses in Ireland since 2000. Original establish 1901 in Germany and with branches in many European Countries now, our focus is to provide high German quality, low energy and passive homes as well as commercial buildings to our UK & Ireland customers. Our innovative and experienced company manufactures all houses in our state-of-the-art construction facility in Germany. We offer a hassle free complete turn-key-finished building project including foundation or basement, heating systems, kitchen and furnitures.

Our UK & Ireland branch is based in Tullamore/Ireland. My name is David Speicher and together with my team we are looking after our customers in the UK & Ireland. I'm a native German and live in Ireland since 1998. Personally I am delighted to be able to build high quality and sustainable dream homes for our customers. It is a privilege to take part in building dream homes for families and their children, where they can enjoy a healthy and environmentally sound living as well as a comfortable living. It is great to build homes for our customers according to their own designs and wishes. No house is the same except of the high quality of construction and finishes. Attention to detail is important as well as the personal one to one. That's the reason, why I have pictured our team on this website (the team).
