GERMAN HOMES LTD is located in Tullamore and building homes all over the Rep. of Ireland & Northern Ireland. We're working closely hand in hand with our partner - an exclusive German construction company.

The company we are working with is an innovative & powerful partner, with many years of experiences in construction works and houses built all over Europe. Since 2008 we also have become an agent of an international operating basement & foundation company from Germany - in order to provide a fully turn-key finish service to our customers.
GERMAN HOMES LTD is building successfully turn-key Houses since 2003 in the Rep. of Ireland & Northern Ireland. Through our partner company, we are able to build your home/holiday home throughout Europe (e.g. Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands ...) as well.

My name is David Speicher. I'm the CEO of GERMAN HOMES LTD and together with my team we are represented in the Rep. Ireland & Northern Ireland. I'm a native German and live in Ireland since 1998. Personally I am delighted to be able to build high quality and sustainable dream homes for our customers. It is a privilege to take part in building dream homes for families and their children, where they can enjoy a healthy and environmentally sound living as well as a comfortable living. It is great to build homes for our customers according to their own designs and wishes. No house is the same except of the high quality of construction and finishes. Attention to detail is important as well as the personal one to one. That's the reason, why I have pictured our team on this website (the team).
