With the in Ireland based German Homes team on the ground and our partners in Germany; we work, coordinate, organise, guide and help our clients through the whole construction process - right from the start. From organising the planning permission, throughout to the different planning & building stages to the hand-over of their dream home.

State-of-the-art-Manufacturing Plant: Clear advantage of our smart thermo insulated house structure is that all houses are manufactured in the controlled environment of a factory. Insulation is fitted tightly into the closed panel walls- + ceilings- + roof construction; external walls are fully finished and ready for the last layer of paint/feature cladding (e.g. stone, brick, wooden etc.); windows and external doors are mounted; moister membrane & plasterboards affixed as well as the preparations for electricity- + heating- + sanitary installation are carried out in the protected area of the manufacturing plant. It reduces the chances of human error and a shorter/faster construction period on site.

Work on Site: The pre-manufactured construction elements and materials are delivered to the site. We are buidling and supervising the house construction throughout the building process. Our own qualified and skilled craftsmen erecting the new A-rated & sustainable home. German Homes is your one point of contract to insure a organized and smooth running of activities on site. Most of the workers are with us since their apprenticeship and trainded by us.
